Our flagship restaurant, Coastal Provisions is always a must-stop during a stay Wild Dunes, and a guest favorite, and this summer is no different. With out new chef de cuisine, Thalita Smith, there’s lots of new dishes to try and fall in love with summer; take it from her yourself!
“At Coastal Provisions we are highlighting the best of the summer vegetables and fruits from our local vendors. We are using a lot of corn, peaches, strawberries and heirloom tomatoes.
The halloumi cheese it is one of my favorite parts of this menu! In Brazil, people walk on the beach grilling and selling halloumi skewers over the charcoal. So for summer time, we have a halloumi skewer on our menu. We also have the halloumi cheese on the Heirloom Tomato Salad with corn croutons.
The desserts are looking and tasting pretty amazing! The cheesecake is accompanied with honey roasted peaches and whipped cream. We also have a guava cake with a mascarpone cream and lemon & lime curd.”
