Lowcountry Cajun Festival

April 5

Enjoy a taste of Louisiana Cajun fun right here in the Lowcountry this spring. This ragin’ Cajun festival features a full day of Zydeco music, authentic Cajun and Creole food, children’s activities, and more. Bites will include jambalaya, alligator, etouffee, andouille sausage, crawfish, and more.

Charleston Farmer’s Market

April 11

Located in Marion Square in the heart of historic downtown, the Charleston Farmer’s Market is open each Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. They offer a variety of local produce, plants, herbs and flowers, as well as breakfast and lunch vendors, live entertainment, and an assortment of arts and crafts.

Chucktown Brewdown: Homebrew Festival

April 18

This year 50 of the best homebrewers from across the Lowcountry will brew their favorite wheat beer to sample during our 3rd anniversary of the Chucktown Brewdown. Sample over 100 beers, talk with the homebrewers, listen to live music, play games on the patio, and enjoy pints and pizza.

North Charleston Arts Fest

April 29-May 3

The North Charleston Arts Fest features five days of events highlighting more than 100 national, regional, and local artists and performers in the areas of dance, music, theater, visual arts, crafts, photography, media arts, and literature.

Charleston Beer Fest
