Another great way to reduce your risk of heart disease is frequent physical activity. At Wild Dunes Resort we have two award-winning golf courses, 17 Har-Tru tennis courts, 1,600 acres of island for biking and walking, a variety of fitness classes, and a huge beach perfect for long walks or runs. Plenty of ways to get active outdoors.
Our final challenge - reduce stress. Wild Dunes Resort’s full-service Sand & Sea Spa has plenty of stress-reducing treatments that are conducive to a healthy heart.
