Everyone wants to eat healthier in the New Year, and Wild Dunes, Charleston’s Island Resort is making that easier than ever with a great selection of healthy dishes at our variety of restaurants.
Coastal Provisions
Coastal Provisions is our signature restaurant and bar tucked inside the Boardwalk Inn lobby. It overlooks the adults-only pool, has an outside Terrace seating section, and tailors equally to a sunny morning breakfast and to an intimate evening dinner. Healthy options here include:
- Baby Kale & Pickled Cherry Salad – shaved shallots, toasted pecans, apple cru, apple cider vinaigrette; add shrimp, fish or chicken
- Tuna Poke – tamari, benne seed, chili garlic sauce, green onion, avocado
- Arugula & Endive Greens Salad – sweet fennel, butternut squash croutons, champagne vinaigrette, pistachio; add shrimp, fish or chicken
- Lowcountry Cioppino – Carolina shrimp, slow roasted tomatoes, Cipollini onions, local fish, calamari fennel pollen
Huey’s Southern Eats
Huey’s Southern Eats is our golf course-side dining option. Located next to the Links Golf Course and Pro Shop, it’s a great option for a post-round meal or snack. Healthy options here include:
- Spinach Salad – poached pear, cranberry, grapes, Clemson blue cheese, pecans, roma tomatoes, oregano white wine vinaigrette; add grilled chicken, egg salad or tuna salad
- Chopped Salad – peaches, blueberries, pickled red onions, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, firefly moonshine dressing; add grilled chicken, egg salad or tuna salad
Woody’s Eatery
Woody’s Eatery is our tennis court-side dining option. Isle of Palms used to have its own airport and its most frequent flyer was Haywood “Woody” Faison. This was built in his honor. Healthy options here include:
- Garden Salad – romaine, tomato, cucumber, red onion, carrot, pepper rings
- Lazy Eight – wheat tortilla wrap with choice of chicken Caesar, smoked turkey, chicken salad or tuna salad
Hudson’s Red Apron Delivery
Hudson’s Market is our one-stop shop for all your quick bite and grocery needs. And now you can make yourself at home without the hassle, with a chef-curated Hudson’s Red Apron Dinner Delivery. Healthy options here include:
- Tuna Nicoise Salad – tuna steak, potatoes, nicoise black olives, onion, green beans, mixed greens, egg, tomato, capers, anchovies, seasonal melon
- Baked Salmon – salmon fillets, baby red potatoes, baby carrots, garden salad, cheesecake
- Tuna Steaks – tuna steaks, jasmine rice, brussel sprouts, garden salad, fresh fruit tart
