Treat your guests to a brunch wedding for the books, with these incredible enhancements and concessions.
Package dates based on availability. Minimum of 35 guests in attendance including couple. Timeline of event based off 10:30 AM Ceremony, followed by a 3 hour reception.
$115 per person + tax & service charge

- Reduced Rental Fee from $3,500 to $1,500
- Sweetgrass Brunch Buffet
- Three Hour Open Bar of Wine, Beer, & Soft Drinks
- Complimentary House Mimosa Station to include Sparkling Wine, Assorted Juices, & Garnishes OR Complimentary House Bloody Mary Station to include Tito’s Vodka, Tomato Juice, & Assorted Garnishes
- Upgrade to Run of House suite at reduced base rate for night of wedding

- Waived $10 per person Al Fresco Fee
- Complimentary Use of All in house Tables, Chairs, Linens, Service Ware, Dance Floor, Setup, & Breakdown
- Access to 1,600 Acres of Barrier Island Beauty for Memorable Wedding Photography
- Optional: Block a minimum of 10 rooms and receive reduced rates for guests upon call in
- Optional: Upgrade bar from beer and wine only to a full premium bar for $12 per person + tax & service charge
- Optional: Enhance Your Menu with Chef Action Station: Omelet, Taco, or Southern Hash; or Wedding Cake & Dessert
- Taxable service charge (25%) and SC taxes (11% on F&B, 9% on Rental) will be added to final bill
