What to Expect When You Stay With Us

At Wailea Beach Villas, we embrace the value of kakou, “we are all in this together.” Rest assured knowing that we are devoted to your safety and health, in addition to the wellbeing of our associates and owners. When you return to your island home, we will be here to welcome you with Aloha. 

 

Although there will be some changes to our services and amenities, we are committed to ensuring you have an enjoyable stay. As the COVID-19 situation continues to change, we will continue to keep you in-the-know with updated information; below are details on what you can expect when you stay with us.

 

ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE | CHECK IN AT 4:00pm daily

We will be employing contactless check-in social distancing protocols to ensure your arrival is as seamless and safe as possible with minimal interaction with staff and other guests.

 

LOBBY AND PUBLIC AREAS

Our staff will be cleaning and disinfecting all public and high-traffic areas on a regular basis each day. 

 

CONCIERGE SERVICES | 9:00am – 5:30pm daily

Our guest services staff have all the local tips and tricks along with, great rates, and reservations for Maui activities. Whether it be a luau, dinner cruise, bicycle adventure, helicopter tour, dinner reservations, or even babysitting, our friendly staff can arrange it for you.  We will be communicating with guests via email, phone, or through our text messaging service Zingle. While on property, we will be happy to assist in person at the lobby or at our beach services hut. 

 

FRONT DESK | 8:00am - 8:00pm daily

Our front desk team will be available to assist with your needs, package pick-up, and offer bell services to transport luggage or grocery provisions.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

To ensure the safety of our guests and associates, we will be suspending daily housekeeping for the time being. Before you arrive, our team of in-house cleaning professionals will clean your residence using industry leading techniques, tools, and products in accordance with the Hyatt Global Cleanliness & Care Commitment, CDC and WHO guidelines. If you need anything during your stay such as additional towels or trash removal, we have you covered!  Visit our page on safety and cleanliness protocols to see all the measures we are taking to prepare for your stay.

 

POOLS AND HOT TUBS | Open daily (7:00am to 9:00pm at the Adult Only Makai Pool | 7:00am to 8:00am Mauka Family Pool)

Towel and water service available. 

 

BEACH ACCESS

No restrictions to beach access.

 

BUSINESS CENTER | 8:00am to 8:00pm

 

FAMILY LOUNGE | 9:00am to 7:00pm by Reservation

Family Lounge use will be limited to 60-minute increments and access is requested through the front desk.

 

FITNESS CENTER | 6:00am to 9:00pm Daily

Mask use is suggested and can be obtained from the front desk or pool attendant.

 

DINING

Our in-villa private chef services will still be available and can be arranged through our guest services team. Local restaurants are also offering take-out options with call-in orders.

 

DRY CLEANING SERVICES 

Dry cleaning services are available every day of the week and will be returned within 48 hours. 

 

GROCERY DELIVERY SERVICES

Skip the line at the grocery store and get your groceries delivered right to your vacation home.  Maui Market is offering delivery from various locations including Safeway, Whole Foods, and Costco. 

 

ELEVATORS

Elevator interiors and button panels will be cleaned regularly on a daily basis. Hand sanitizer is still available at each of the ground landings.
