Late April through mid-June can turn into a guessing game in regards to what trails are open and what trails are not. This season, guess no more, we have a list of open trails and future opening dates for the Vail Valley!

  • North Trail – opens June 20
  • Buffehr Creek – opens June 20
  • Son of Middle Creek – Opens June 20
  • Two Elk – opens June 30
  • Whiskey Creek – opens June 20
  • Eastern Hillside – opens June 20
  • Everkrisp Trail – opens June 20

Beaver Creek Seasonal Trail Closures

  • Village to Village Trail – Closed May 6 to July 1
  • Elkhorn Trail – Closed May 6 to July 1

West Avon Preserve

  • Opens April 24

Eagle

  • All east Eagle trails are open
  • Trails on Hardscrabble Mountain are closed until May 1
