• LUXURY PLATINUM  - A property with this rating represents some of the finer accommodations in the area. Unit furnishings and appointments are of the highest quality, unique and coordinated as are all other aspects of the interior.
• PLATINUM  - Vacation rentals with a Platinum rating have current interior design themes and coordinated decorating efforts.
• GOLD - Gold-rated condominiums provide a welcoming atmosphere. These units provide comfortable accommodations with standard quality and design furniture.
