Specific Unit Ratings Defined

Vail Residences at Cascade Village offers condominiums,  Vail vacation rentals, and private residences which are a collection of individually owned properties. Each Vail, CO lodging option is unique, reflecting the personal tastes of the owner. Our rating system is designed to assist you, the guest, in determining your preference in accommodations.

Vail Valley Partnership rates the individual properties on an annual basis. Listed is a description of their ratings: 

• PLATINUM  - A property with this rating represents some of the finer accommodations in the area. Unit furnishings and appointments are of the highest quality, unique and coordinated as are all other aspects of the interior.
• GOLD  - Units within a property of this rating reflect recent interior design motifs and coordinated decorating efforts. In short, a gold unit is comfortable with the feeling of home.
• SILVER – Units within a property of this rating offer basic accommodations with furniture of standard quality and design, although unit is a bit older and maybe lacking in thoroughness and finishing touches.
