Capitalize upon your new year's resolutions to learn something new and to make the most of out your winter by joining us for our upcoming mixology demonstrations, chef's demonstrations, or simply by stopping by for dinner, or a cocktail and bite to eat in Tidemark while enjoying live music during our weekly Social Hour. 

Maine Restaurant Week at The TillerEnjoy Maine Restaurant Week from March 1 – 12 with an oceanfront dinner. Social Hour - Join us every Wednesday in Tidemark Lounge for special cocktails and snacks from The Tiller Bar 4:00 - 7:00, and enjoy live music from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Live Music - Enjoy live music in Tidemark Lounge as you cozy up in front of our enormous fireplace, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. every Friday and Saturday through March.

Mixology Demonstrations - Every Friday through March at 5:00 p.m., join our Mixologist as she teaches you tips, tricks, and insights into unlocking your inner bartender.

  • January: Hot drinks -- We'll chat about hot drinks (spiked cider, hot toddy’s, irish coffee, boozy hot chocolate, etc.) -- best to keep you warm during a Bomb Cyclone or regular, old frosty New England winter!
  • February: Bubbles -- Nothing is more romantic than a bubbly cocktail or a classic champagne flute. Learn about different types of bubbles, and the cocktails that you can make with them.
  • March: Whisky -- Add a little luck of the Irish to your drink! From whisky (to whiskey), to scotch, to bourbon, spot the differences between each and what cocktails go with what spirit.

Chef's Demonstrations - Visit our quaint New England cottage January 19, February 9, or March 9 for a culinary demonstration lead by our talented chefs. In January, join us for A Study in Crab, and learn how to make Peeky Toe Crab Cakes, Chorizo & Crab Mac n’ Chees, and Chilled Crab Dip (perfect for your upcoming Super Bowl party!). Class is $25 per person, with an 8 person maximum.
