Our business meeting package is designed to provide our corporate guests with the ultimate value and complete suite of services necessary for a successful and efficient meeting presentation.
Our Complete Meeting Package, or “CMP” includes:
Bellman and housekeeping gratuities; extensive breakfast buffet; continuous morning and afternoon breaks; lunch and dinner buffets featuring five hot entrees, soup station, salad bar, desserts and non-alcoholic beverages; all food & beverage gratuities; audio visual equipment in the meeting room includes: one (1) podium with wired podium microphone and one wired Internet access to LCD table, basic Wi-Fi for attendees, one (1) 4,000 lumen LCD projector with room appropriate screen, skirt, projector cart, all cables and power, two (2) flip charts with Post-It paper (one for groups under 30 attendees), house sound system and labor to assist clients with their laptops. LCD projector will be provided for group of 30 or more package attendees per day.
