SLOW FLOW YOGA
Our Slow Flow Yoga class is perfect yogis of all levels. Whether it’s your first yoga class or you practice every day, our slow flow class will challenge you by slowing down. Our instructor will use mild, slower-paced stretches that are ideal for those seeking restoration and relaxation as well as recovery from sports, activities and or injury.

SPORTS YOGA
This class is a terrific addition for all athletes and yogis alike but the focus will be on sports conditioning specifically for golfers and tennis players. We will alternate weekly between Yoga for Golfers and Yoga for Tennis Players.
Yoga for Golf
During class you will strengthen your mind, body and increase your mobility by incorporating poses to improve your swing rotation, stretch and strengthen muscles that are specifically used while playing golf, develop breath awareness and improve your sense of balance.
Yoga for Tennis
Our Yoga for Tennis class has been designed to help strengthen the primary muscles used while playing tennis. This yoga practice promotes muscular balance that is crucial for tennis players. We will pay particular attention to strengthening the non-dominant side and recovering the dominant side to bring your whole body back into balance.

ENERGIZED MAT PILATES
Improve core strength and flexibility in this 60 minute energizing mat Pilates class. This workout is designed to stretch and strengthen overused and often neglected muscles as well as improve body posture and efficiency. Create a stronger, more flexible spine and core. Upbeat, energetic, challenging and fun!
