Stephen is one of the most unique artists this season to grace the festival stage. An American folk musician and virtuoso Appalachian dulcimer player, Stephen has released many educational videos about dulcimer playing. He teaches and performs with orchestras around the country and will be featured at the Sunriver Music Festival in the “Blackberry Winter” dulcimer concerto on Wednesday, August 15 at the Sunriver Resort’s Great Hall.
