A special event at the Sunriver Nature Center. If trees tie us to our historical roots, then Oregon’s history is long and rich. Join historian Nate Pedersen as he shares the compelling stories behind some of Oregon’s growing collection of state-recognized heritage trees. Pedersen is a librarian, writer, and historian in Boise, Idaho. He is a former member of the Oregon Heritage Trees Committee.
