Join us for an elaborate and delicious traditional Thanksgiving dinner at Sunriver Resort.

$32 children ages 6–12

Starter: Basket of freshly baked mini croissants, muffins served with honey / huckleberry butter

Soup: 
Leek and potato soup, bacon, chive, aged white cheddar, fried potato skin

Salad:  
Baby arugula with pears, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, goat cheese, and apple cider vinaigrette

Entrees:
(choice of one)

Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef
served with butter whipped Yukon gold potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, smoked jus, and creamy horseradish

Sautéed Salmon,
with celery root pure, sage wild rice, pickled huckleberries and apple cider jus

Slow Roasted Turkey Breast,
served with traditional sage stuffing, butter whipped Yukon gold potatoes, seasonal vegetables, candied sweet potatoes, giblet gravy, apricot cranberry relish

Smoked Pork Chop
served with a bacon and grain medley, honey roasted carrots, sweet and sour corn relish and rosemary jus

Seasonal Squash 
braised in curry coconut broth served with jasmine rice 

Dessert: 
Pumpkin tart Brule, nutmeg whip cream, blood orange coulis
