Suncadia Resort has achieved a GBAC STAR facility accreditation from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council. This is a division of the ISSA, World Wide Cleaning Industry Association, and GBAC STAR ensures that hotel are implementing the highest standard of cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention protocols.

FITNESS & POOLS
In keeping with state & local COVID-19 laws, pool occupancy is limited per pool & sanitizing breaks are included in pool hours. Given current government restrictions, we appreciate your patience and understanding while these amenities operate in a new capacity.
SWIM & FITNESS CENTER – POOLS & FITNESS

THE LODGE POOL
The lodge pool is open to lodge resort guests only. This pool is operating at limited capacity and guests must follow government restrictions as outlined below. This is first come first serve, and advanced reservations are not needed.

SESSIONS: 9:30-11:30am, 12-2pm, 2:30-4:30pm, 5-7pm
GLADE SPRING SPA
Massage, Skin and Nail services are being offered. Due to government restrictions the relaxation areas, sauna, and steam are closed. Soaking pools and locker room facilities are open for registered spa guests only. For all details on spa operations and reservations click here.
There are many outdoor recreation options and activities available during your visit. Due to capacity restrictions, Ice skating and rope-tow inner tubing are only available for resort guests and owners and will not be open to the public or non-rental guests. We thank you for your patience as we work diligently to offer these services to you and your family.
TRAILS AND PARKS
Suncadia Trails and Paths are open for use. Dawson and Battista playgrounds and open spaces are currently open, for groups of 50 or less. During the use of these amenities, social distancing standards must be practiced.
Dine-in now available, at limited capacities. Hours of dine is are outlined below, to-go options are still available during this time. Times when dine-in is not available, to-go options are available. Currently we are not taking reservations, dine-in is available first come, first serve. Maximum table size of 6 guests. Guests must wear a mask when not eating or drinking. *Delivery options are available for an additional fee.
