The Swim & Fitness Center and The Nelson Farm Pool is available to Suncadia Club Sport members and their guests. The family friendly Swim & Fitness Center was designed to encourage year 'round recreational activity at Suncadia, and provide healthy lifestyle environment for the whole family. The Nelson Farm Pool, is located at the history Nelson Farm at is open seasonally. Suncadia, a Washington State resort community encourages you and your families overall wellness. From cardio equipment, to waterslides to fitness classes, and much more, there is something for every member of the family.

Staying true to its historical roots, the once working Nelson Dairy Farm still has its original farmhouse, barn, cabin and stables that were erected in the late 1890s. The Nelson Farm Pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day Weekend though Labor Day, and available for use by resort guests* and Suncadia Club members only.
