Class: Andiamo Body Workout – 90 min

Description: Come play, Andiamo Body style, and sample what it's all about; getting fit and having fun! We'll build strength, cardio endurance, and drop into the beauty of yoga. In this one and a half hour interactive celebratory experience, we'll cheer eachother on through strength and cardio building relays, and then turn up the cardio a notch before indulging in an invigorating to calming vinyasa flow. Come get your bodies moving, hearts pumping, muscles activated, and smiles shining from the inside out with Rochelle Robinson of Andiamo Body.

Bio:Rochelle Robinson, a fitness enthusiast and competitive athlete since not long after she could move one foot in front of the other, veteran teacher, artist, trainer, yoga instructor and owner of Andiamo Body, will get you moving, feeling fantastic and smiling fierce! Rochelle subscribes to the theory that variety, correct alignment and form, and feeling the beautiful duplicity of being grounded and free, ultimately serves the body, mind and spirit most positively. She offers bootcamps, personal training, power vinyasa flow and more gentle yoga classes to engage strength, agility, balance, and flexibility in the body, while encouraging empowerment, connectivity and ease in the mind and heart center. Rochelle brings enthusiasm and thoughtful guidance to her teaching of groups of men and women, kids of all ages, families, and individuals. She is available for private individual, small and large groups, as well as events in Los Angeles and Seattle.

Description: Flow through your Sunday morning in this community driven vinyasa yoga class guided with detail and care by Antonella Zabaglio.  To help us work through the physical and energetic layers, we will be accompanied by DJ Jordan Goff for a live musical adventure! 

Bio: Antonella Zabaglio - Antonella spends most of her free time upside down as a self professed “inversion junkie”. A mother of two mini yogis, she has a playful and nurturing teaching style laced with creativity and connection. Antonella's classes are intelligently designed yet spontaneous, while always delivered with attention to detail and alignment. Her passion for this practice is contagious and will help bring yours to a whole new level! Yoga Alliance 200 ERYT & 500RYT certified in Vinyasa, Universal yoga, Yin/THA, and ACROVINYASA™.

Bio: DJ Jordan Goff - Music & Yoga. In Jordan Goff’s world, the two are kindred. They share the same structure, incite similar emotions, and fill comparable voids. As a full time yoga teacher and DJ, the art of crafting a journey is imperative. But this isn’t your cliché pan flute and airy pads while you zone out to the soothing voice of a blonde twenty-something female rocking yoga pants. This is deep sinewave basslines that drag your soul to center stage, plucks that tickle your brainstem, vocals that tear at your heartstrings, and melodies that pull you down the rabbit hole. Description:  Please join Lara Ederer, E-RYT for a 75 minute vinyasa class that will connect dynamic poses with breath.  Steady alignment and purposeful sequencing will leave you energized and calm - modifications will be offered as well as more challenging options.  

Bio: Lara is a co-founder of Yogalab Northwest, a grassroots collaboration that hosts world class teachers in the Seattle area. After finding her “home”in Vinyasa and Ashtanga traditions, Lara completed her 200 Hour with a primary focus in Power Vinyasa. Her teaching style is playful and sprinkled with humor, yet influenced by deep rooted traditions such as chanting, Pranayama, and Sanskrit.

Class: Vinyasa – 75 min

Description: Think less feel more – spacious sequencing will give you time to see what is possible in your body right now. A soulful hip loving and heart opening flow is intended to allow ourselves the space to be and breathe.  We will focus on blending movement with feeling rather than rigid rules, stops around this fluid journey will include pigeon, dancing warrior, half-moon and possible arm balance action. By bringing awareness to our heart, we will use a rhythmically paced flow to tap into the compassionate energies in our body and let ourselves rather feel our movement than think about it.  Set yourself for a beautiful soul powered savasana to finish and leave the practice feeling more blissed and blessed. More in your body and less in your mind.

Bio: Datza was introduced to yoga 15 years ago when she moved to Seattle from Riga, Latvia. With a background in dance and fitness, she developed a natural love for the asana practice and it grew into desire to teach. In her classes, Datza strives to blend her love of music and movement with playful, yet challenging and creative sequencing. She motivates her students to work to their potential and discover new possibilities of strength, flexibility and balance, all with “feel good” attitude.
