September 7th - Andreas Fetz @andreasfetz

Class: Vinyasa Flow – 50 min

Description:  Join Andreas Fetz for an invigorating vinyasa practice that will leave your body, mind, and soul feeling nourished and vibrant. With playful sequencing and a focus on the exploration of various movement patterns, modifications will be offered for all levels and all are welcome.

About Instructor:  Andreas Fetz took his first yoga class in 2001 and has not looked back since. With a background in acrobatics and circus arts, Andreas is also an NSCA certified personal trainer and brings his deep knowledge of anatomy and exercise science to provide a vigorous yoga practice in a safe environment. Focusing on the basics of breath and postural alignment, he leads flow-inspired classes that help students develop flexibility, core stability, and strength.

 

September 14th - Lara Ederer  @laraliam

Class: Power Vinyasa – 50 min

Description: Please join Lara Ederer, 500 E-RYT, Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutic Specialist, for a 50 minute vinyasa class that will connect dynamic poses with breath. Steady alignment and purposeful sequencing will leave you energized and calm - modifications will be offered as well as more challenging options.

About Instructor: Lara is a co-founder of Yogalab Northwest, a grassroots collaboration that hosts world class teachers in the Seattle area. After finding her “home”in Vinyasa and Ashtanga traditions, Lara completed her 200 Hour with a primary focus in Power Vinyasa. Her teaching style is playful and sprinkled with humor, yet influenced by deep rooted traditions such as chanting, Pranayama, and Sanskrit.

 

September 21st - Camy Sundberg  

Class: Vinyasa Flow – 50 min

Description: An invigorating full body flow where you’ll explore the strength and balance in your body. This beginner style class will work every muscle through movement and breathe at a moderate, but intuitive pace. 

About Instructor: Camy has been passionate about yoga for over 15 years. Not only the physical movements, but also the mind/body/breathe connection. After years of practicing she decided to take a deeper dive in, and she completed her 200 hour vinyasa teacher training at Corepower Yoga in 2013.  Since then she has gone on to expand her yoga knowledge by getting certified in other formats such as prenatal yoga, yin yoga, and yoga sculpt. Her intention in teaching is to bring awareness of ones self and ignite self love through breath and intentional movement. Her goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone...to break the modern day barriers of how it’s “supposed” to look and help students connect to their bodies and focus on how it feels! Camy enjoys making yoga a full body experience and helping you leave your mat feeling more grounded, detoxified, and balanced. 

 

September 28th - Karla Tafra  @karlatafra

Class: Flowy Vinyasa – 50 min

Description: Karla will teach a flowy vinyasa class which will wake up all of your muscles in a fun and unique way! Your breath will be your tempo and the music will be your soundtrack! Come and experience an incredible morning! 

About Instructor: Karla is a yoga teacher, nutritionist, and a wellness coach with over 10 years of international experience. She fell in love with yoga almost 15 years ago when she took her first class back home in Croatia, and that took her on a journey of working with dancers, professional athletes(Goran Ivanisevic, Seahawks), moms-to-be (she is also certified in prenatal), and others all throughout Europe and the US. She loves hosting retreats &  workshops and focuses on private classes as she believes she can better dedicate her time and attention to every little detail.
