This winter I decided to work on ways to improve my golf swing and address some of my deficiencies such as grip and weight transfer. Early on I did a TPI golf fitness assessment with Rebecca Rahilly and we identified areas to work on over the winter, including some flexibility and strength exercises. As I improved we added some new exercises and I believe my flexibility and strength have improved significantly over the winter. I have only been able to hit balls a few times, due to the very cold weather and great snow conditions, but was very encouraged with my progress and can’t wait for an upcoming Florida trip so to really test out my swing! I would recommend the TPI fitness assessment to anyone who is seriously interested in improving their game and learning more about the key strength and flexibility issues impacting their golf swing.
