Four-legged friends make everything that much more fun. Especially family vacations. That’s why we’re committed to being one of the top pet friendly resorts in Scottsdale AZ.
Though we’re only equipped to host dogs at this time, we do hope that your furry friend will make your Scottsdale experience that much more memorable. Whether you road trip from out-of-state or drive down from Flagstaff, you’ll find countless adventures that’ll appeal to the whole family and Fido.
We pride ourselves on being one of the most pet friendly hotels in Scottsdale. But we also pride ourselves on being a peaceful escape for all guests. For this reason, we ask that you abide by the following policies should you bring your pup along.
Our resort accepts dogs only.
Dogs must be 50 lbs or less.
If you bring two dogs, each dog must be 25 lbs or less.
At The Scottsdale, we reserve certain rooms for guests traveling with pets. These room types are:
Guest rooms on the first floor of our McCormick building. This building offers front door access to the outside so your pet can go to the bathroom.
Non-suite Stillman rooms.
Service animals are welcome in any of our room types.
You must display the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door. This serves to notify housekeeping that there is a pet in the room.
If you bring your pet, no hotel employees will enter your room unless you are present.
No pet is allowed unrestricted access throughout a sleeping room unless the owner is present.
The resort enforces a $20.00 per hour “Time out fee”, assessed if a pet is left unattended and needs to be removed from the room due to excessive barking, etc.
Owner must provide a contact telephone number to the hotel in the event that the owner departs the room.
If continued complaints are received, hotel reserves the right to enforce policy and guests may be asked to leave the resort or find immediate alternate accommodations for their pet when necessary.
Dogs must remain on leash when traveling through any public areas of the hotel.
Dogs are prohibited from food and beverage outlets and pool areas unless they are a service animal, per Maricopa County health code.
