PJ's Coffee was founded in 1978 by Phyllis "PJ" Jordan right here in the Crescent City on Maple Street in Uptown. A pioneer in the gourmet coffee industry, her idea was to create unique coffee blends using small batch roasting techniques. PJ's sources 14 origin coffees from Sumatra to Ethiopia and Columbia to Papua New Guinea that are roasted in micro batches tailored with aromas that evoke the soul and unique experience of our French Quarter location. Today, PJ's Coffee works with partners and farms from around the world to identify and source the highest quality coffee. From farm to cup, you'll taste the difference in every cup of PJ's coffee.
