The Rizzo Center was created for the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School to be the home of their UNC Executive Development programs.

The UNC Executive Development approach to program design and delivery draws upon the power of real-world, applicable experiences from faculty and staff, integrated with the knowledge client partners share about the challenges they face. Traditional and experiential learning methods are combined with action learning and business simulation activities to challenge participants to think, reflect and make decisions differently.

Custom - UNC is internationally recognized as a leader in custom executive education, leveraging award-winning faculty from Kenan-Flagler Business School as well as an extended global faculty network. UNC Executive Development partners with Fortune 500 companies, organizations, and governmental agencies to design, develop and deliver custom leadership programs for clients, both at the Rizzo Center and at client sites around the world.
Open Enrollment - Open enrollment programs range from two to five days long. Participants come from all over the world to strengthen specific skill sets to enhance career potential. Each program offering consists of a diverse group of individuals from a variety of companies and industries. UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School faculty members, as well as other experts, lead these programs which take place at the Rizzo Center in Chapel Hill, NC.
