All the extra benefits from the gym to the snacks to the free laundry service to the shuttle transportation, added to the experience of the trip. The eco-friendly thoughtful atmosphere (water refill station for hydro flasks, key card needed for electricity in room, and housekeeping only when requested) helped me as the guest feel like I'm also doing my part.
