Take a break to move around between seminars and meetings. Allow us to come in for a quick break, simply choose from one of the many ways to get your group going!
Conference Yoga Break
Get your group up on their feet and moving. This session teaches simple but effective postures designed for your desk and is best in a conference break out. The 15-minute refresh focuses on stretching and breathing techniques. (Mats and athletic attire are not required).
Chair massage focused on the back, neck, and shoulder massage for stress points to relieve overall tension. Includes one highly trained massage therapist for one hour. The therapist can
perform your choice of ten, fifteen, or twenty minute massages per participant.
Wellness Strategy Session
Add a personal trainer to your coffee break to speak about small things that make a difference when it comes to personal wellness and your busy workday! Instead of coffee, serve fresh fruit smoothies or protein energy shakes!
Wine & Unwind
Relax at the end of your day with a mini local wine or beer flight tasting. This thirty-minute end of day program is a great way to de-stress from a long day of meetings.
