General questions about our boutique hotel in Richmond.

Q. What is check in/check out time?

 A. Check-in time is at 4:00PM. Check-out time is at 12:00PM.

Q. Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

 A. No, Quirk is a smoke-free establishment.

Q. Do you have high-speed wired and/or Wifi available?

 A. Wifi is available throughout the hotel.

Q. Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

 A. Yes. Technogym is the equipment. The fitness center is open 24 hours, The room key is needed to gain access to the fitness center.

Q. Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

 A. At this time we are not offering room service, however, we do have a grab-and-go option for guests at our Café located in the lobby

Q. I want to ship a package to arrive before or during my stay. Do you allow this?

A: Yes, as long the package is marked ATTN: Name of Guest. Please note there is a fee of $5 per box and $125 per pallet, applied to your guestroom folio and charged to the card we have on file. 

Q. Do you have a business center?

 A. Yes; the business center is open 24 hours

Q. Do you have a pool?

 A. No

Q. Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

 A. Quirk Hotel does not have a spa. Our concierge can point you toward a recommended nearby spa.


Q. How do I get to the hotel?

Q. Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel or Richmond, VA art gallery?

A. We do not provide free shuttle service or any shuttle service from the airport.

Q. What are your cross streets?

 A.  We are located on the corner of W Broad St and Jefferson.

Q. Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

 A. At this time we are offering self-park in our Quirk Parking Lots at this time. The overnight parking fee is $12 per night plus tax. The parking charge is an additional charge to the room rate and is not included unless otherwise noted in the package. On-street self-parking is available at own cost. *Friday-Saturday we are offering Valet at $25 per night with some holiday and busy weekend offerings.

Q. Do you provide roll-away beds or cribs? Is there a charge?

 A. Both are provided by the hotel at a fee of $50.00.

Q. I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

 A. You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to change your reservation.

Q. What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

 A. You must be 21 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.

Q. What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

 A. We require a credit card at the time of booking. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax to your card. Please note that for special rates, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change. Credit card deposit is required to check-in, we are unable accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Q. Is my ID/passport required at check in?

 A. We require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Q. Do you have connecting rooms?

 A. Yes, we have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request for connecting rooms when you reserve your rooms. However, they are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Q. Do you have accessible rooms?

 A. Yes, we have accessible rooms featuring roll-in showers with support bars.

Q. Do you have an early departure fee?

 A. Our early departure fee is one nights room and tax.


Q. What are the hours of operation for your restaurant?

Q. What are the hours of operation for Q Rooftop Bar?

 A. Q Rooftop is open air; therefore, subject to the elements, so hours of operation change with Mother Nature.


Q. I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

 A. Most questions and issues can be resolved with the help of out front desk team. If the issue cannot be resolved right then and there, our front desk team will assist with getting the appropriate departments and getting the issues resolved.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

 A. Cash and cards (both debit and credit) are accept. Check are not accept as a form of payment.


Q. Are dogs allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?

 A. Yes, our hotel is dog friendly! 70lb weight restriction per pup.

Q: Do you allow cats?

A: Unfortunately no, we only allow dogs.

Q. What is the pet fee?

 A. $150. 50% refundable after room inspection confirming no damages. 

Q. Do you have pet-free rooms for those with allergies?

 A. No pet free room. Upon check-out, every room is fully inspected and thoroughly deep-cleaned.

Q. How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?

 A. The closest park is 2-3 blocks from hotel.
