What time is check in /check out?

Check in time is 4:00PM. Check out time is 12:00PM.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

No, Quirk Hotel is a smoke-free establishment and does not allow smoking in any of the public spaces or guestrooms.

Do you have high speed wired and or wifi available?

Wifi is available throughout the hotel, please check with our front desk for our password.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes! The fitness center is located on our LL (Lower Level floor) and is open 24 hours with your guestroom key. We have BodyFly systems and Techno Gym equipment.

Do you offer room service?

Check back soon as we have suspended this service due to COVID requirements.

I want to ship a package to arrive before or during my stay. Do you allow this?

Yes, as long as the package is marked ATTN: (Name of Guest). Please note there is a fee of $5 per box and $125 per pallet, applied to your guestroom folio and charged to the card we have on file.

Do you have a business center?

We have multiple places throughout the hotel to answer emails or take a call and printing available through our front desk.

Do you have a pool?

We do not have a pool.

Do you have a spa?

Quirk Hotel does not have a spa but we do partner with Neroli Spa, located right next door, who can offer services for you! Check with our front desk to learn more!

Do you offer shuttle services from the airport to the hotel?

We do not but please visit our Things To Do Page to learn about our partnership options to schedule a car service.

What are your cross streets?

We are located off of Main Street and 5th Street SW*

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?

We do offer onsite parking and the cost is $12.00 per day, self-parking with unlimited access. Our parking lot is located off 5th Street SW, just past the railroad tracks.

Do you offer rollaway beds? Is there a charge?

We do offer rollaway beds at no charge, first come first serve.

If book on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation, how do I do this?

You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to change your reservation.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

You must be 21 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

We require a credit card at the time of booking. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax to your card. Please note for special rates, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change. Credit card deposit is required to check-in, we are unable to accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

We require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes we have connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request for connecting rooms when you reserve your rooms. However, they are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have accessible rooms featuring roll-in showers with support bars.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, the early departure fee varies based on the time of your departure.

ACCOUNTING

I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

Most questions and issues can be resolved with the help of our front desk team. If the issues cannot be resolved there, our front desk team will assist with getting the appropriate departments and getting the issue resolved.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

Cash and Cards (both debit and credit cards) are accepted. Check are not accepted as a form of payment.

PETS

Are dogs allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?

Yes, our hotel is dog friendly. Our only restriction is a weight limit of 70 lbs.

Do you allow cats?

Unfortunately we do not allow cats.

What is the pet fee?

$150. 50% refundable after room inspection confirming no damages.

Do you have pet-free rooms for those with allergies?

No pet free room. Upon check-out, every room is fully inspected and thoroughly deep-cleaned.

How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?

Check with our front desk on the best locations surrounding the hotel for the nearest grassy spot!
