Black and White Cocktail
El silencio mescal
Active coconut charcoal
Aquafaba water (garbanzo bean water)
To make the Charcoal Mescal
Pour a bottle of mescal mix with ½ tablespoon of charcoal powder
To make the aquafaba froth
Put a cup of the aquafaba into a blender with one teaspoon of sugar and blend at high volume
Building the Black and White cocktail
Add the following into a shaker:
Charcoal mescal 2. oz.
Pineapple juice .75 oz.
Lime juice .5 oz.
Agave nectar .5 oz.
Green Chartreuse .25 oz.
Shake and strain in to coupe glass/martini glass. Add the aquafaba froth and enjoy.
Maple Olde Fashioned
Bourbon of choice, we prefer Buffalo Trace
True maple syrup
Big ice cube
To make the Cinnamon syrup
Boiled ½ of sugar ½ water add 3 sticks of cinnamon, strain and let cool
Building the Maple Olde Fashioned
Pour the following into a whiskey glass:
Buffalo trace 2.5 oz.
Cinnamon syrup .5 oz.
True Maple syrup .5 oz.
2 dashes of orange bitters
Add a bid ice cube
Stir with a spoon
Add an orange peel
