Ingredients:
1.5 oz bourbon
0.5 oz Old Spice Liquor
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz cranberry honey syrup (see recipe below)
Prosecco
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients and strain into a Collins glass.
Top with a dry prosecco.
Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon, rosemary, and cranberry
Recipe for Cranberry Honey Syrup
Ingredients:
1 cup of dry cranberries
1/2 cup of water
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 1/2 inch of fresh ginger
Instructions:
Boil ALL ingredients together until the water is evaporated.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool. When cooled, add mixture to a blender and blend with 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of honey.
Strain and serve.
