Guests of all ages can learn to shred the waves like a local at our San Diego surf school. Every 3-hour class starts with a quick boat ride to Paradise Surf Academy headquarters where our highly experienced staff will teach you everything you need to learn to surf in San Diego. All participants are provided with surfboards, wetsuits, leashes and use of locker rooms and showers. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Surfrider Foundation, Paradise Point's official partner in protecting our oceans and beaches.

An 18-hole putting golf course stretches along the property's main entrance and is a perfect just-for-fun activity for the whole family. Also available, an NBA-sized basketball court, five championship-size tennis courts, cornhole, ping pong and volleyball. Included in the Guest Amenity Fee, equipment for all sports are are located at the Island Market.
Ride around the resort and San Diego in style on our beach cruisers or 4-wheeled quadracycle surreys. Over 14 miles of bike paths nearby, all boasting bay or beach views and mostly flat terrain.
Whether you're 5 or 50 years old, there's nothing like the anticipation of gooey s'mores cooked over an open bonfire. Paradise Point has over 12 bonfire pits scattered along the beach and around the property available for guest use. Head to the Island Market for all the ingredients you need to set up your bonfire and make s'mores.
Explore San Diego via Old Town Trolley Tours, with a pick-up location at the Paradise Point lobby. Old Town Trolley Tours are San Diego's only regularly scheduled on-and-off fully narrated tours of Old Town, San Diego and Coronado.
