Policies and Checking In

Welcome to Vail, Colorado!

Check-in time:  4:00 pm     Check-out time:  10:00 am

  • Parking in our garage for one vehicle is covered in your nightly rate
  • We are a smoke-free establishment
  • Pets are not allowed
  • All guests must be accompanied by an adult of 25+

 

Front Desk

Concierge services are available through our Front Desk. Give us a call at 970.476.2491

Our Front Desk is open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If you arrive after hours, you will pick up your check-in packet from the lock box in the west entryway of the building, between the glass doors, by Lionshead Way.

Parking

When you arrive at 641 West Lionshead Circle, pull up to the gate and buzz the Front Desk. There is a 15-minute loading/unloading zone at the adjacent circle drive where the Town of Vail buses pull in, which is strictly enforced. 

Summer Reservations Policy

First night's lodging and tax due upon booking and is refundable. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival, at which time the entire reservation is non-refundable. This applies to stays from April 21 to November 14.

Winter Reservations Policy

November 14 - December 15:
One night's lodging and tax is due upon booking and is refundable up to 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.


December 16 - January 1: 
One night's lodging and tax is due upon booking and is refundable up to 46 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

January 2 - April 20:
One night's lodging and tax is due upon booking and is refundable up to 31 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Fees


Tax
Rates do not include state and local tax which are subject to change.  Tax is currently at 9.8%.

Resort Fee
All Destination Resorts Vail reservations will be subject to a taxable 6.5% resort fee which covers varying services.

Rollaways and Pack N Plays
Due to COVID-19 protocols Rollaways and Pack N Plays are not available.

Housekeeping

*We are currently not offering daily housekeeping service. If you would like a service during your stay, it must be scheduled in advance and a surcharge applies (services dependent on availability). Please contact the Front Desk to inquire about scheduling housekeeping.
