Our spacious residences allow you to vacation at your own pace with private lanais, fully equipped kitchens, and room for the entire family in your secluded hideaway.

 

GUEST SERVICES/CONCIERGE | 8:00am – 6:00pm daily

Our guest services staff offers knowledgeable advice, great rates, and reservations for all Island of Hawaii activities from luaus and dinner cruises to bicycle adventures and helicopter tours. We are also happy to arrange dinner and babysitting services. Guests are encouraged to reach out via our Zingle texting service at 808-793-5163 or by phone to coordinate these services rather than coming in to the office.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping services will take place every third day of your stay. Before you arrive, our team of in-house professionals will clean your residence using industry leading techniques, tools, and products in accordance with the Hyatt Global Cleanliness & Care Commitment, CDC and WHO guidelines. If you need anything during your stay such as additional towels or trash removal, we have you covered! GROCERY SERVICES

Skip the line at the grocery store and order your groceries ahead of time. Foodland Farms in Mauna Lani is offering online ordering and pick-up services.
