Pre-arrival

Upon booking your weekend retreat, the LDR Reservations Team will forward the guest contact information to the INOVA Team (either via email or portal upload).  Once information of guest(s) is received, an auto-generated email with a link to the co-branded INOVA/Lansdowne portal will be sent to the guest.  This email to contain a message from the Lead Health Coach with a picture and bio.  The guest then follows this link to complete the INOVA HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT health/lifestyle questionnaire

  • Performed by: Lansdowne to book the guests via their reservations systems, All Itineraries for our guests will be managed via the Jonas system used by the property
  • Performed by: INOVA to provide the wellness assessment portal

 

Upon receipt of questionnaire: Wellness Coach designs custom guest itinerary including INOVA Well Programming and Lansdown Resort electives. Itinerary and packing list emailed to guest, including verbiage about why these activities/screenings, etc. were chosen for the guest.   

  • Performed by: INOVA to have wellness coach design program and connect with guest
  • Note: some guests are likely to fail to take the questionnaire in a timely manner, and follow up will need to be done by Wellness Coordinator to achieve compliance
