Spring is finally here and that means incredible fresh fruits and berries from our local growers. To celebrate the start of spring, Chef Robert Carr has created an amazing recipe that only uses raw ingredients.

Blueberry, pecan & peach Salad with Ginger Tahini dressing
For the salad:
2 cups spring mix/ local organic if possible
½ cup organic honey
½ cup organic peach, sliced
½ cup blueberries or assorted seasonal berries
Toss all ingredients in bowl and place on serving plate and top with dressing
For the dressing:
2 Tablespoons raw organic tahini
1 tablespoon organic honey
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon Purified/Filtered water
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. More water can be added if dressing is too thick.
