A food and beverage minimum at Kitchen West Restaurant Private Dining Room varies due to the number of people in attendance
Capacity: 16 guests
The minimum requirements, exclusive of service charge and applicable taxes are as follows:
Lunch: $250.00
Dinner: $500.00
Large party bookings are available as follows
Lunch: 11am, 11:30am OR 1pm, 1:30pm
Dinner: 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, OR 8pm, 8:30pm, 9pm
Seating Configuration must be AS IS, utilizing existing Kitchen West furniture
All private parties 12 guests and above are required to select one of our private dining menus. 
Wine selection must be made in advance along with the menu selection.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM - SEMI-PRIVATE DINING ROOM

A food and beverage minimum at Kitchen West Restaurant Private Dining Room varies due to the number of people in attendance
Capacity: 50 guests - includes Private Dining Room
The minimum requirements, exclusive of service charge and applicable taxes are as follows
Lunch: $500.00
Dinner: $1,000.00
Large party bookings are available as follows
Lunch: 11am, 11:30am OR 1pm, 1:30pm
Dinner: 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, OR 8pm, 8:30pm, 9pm
Seating Configuration must be AS IS, utilizing existing Kitchen West furniture
All large private parties are required to select one of our private dining menus.
Wine selections must be made in advance along with the menu selection. Any additional F&B needs must be coordinated with Director of Restaurants and/or Executive Chef, or Kitchen West Chef de Cuisine.

PAYMENT TERMS

Final payment is due on the day of the event.
Billing is to be on one (1) check (no individual guest checks), charged to either guest room account, credit card or pre-approved master account.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of total estimated revenue.
