What To Expect When You Stay With Us

CONCIERGE SERVICES | 8:00am – 5:00pm daily

Our guest services team can help you plan the perfect Maui vacation. Whether it be a luau, dinner cruise, bicycle adventure, helicopter tour, dinner reservations, or even babysitting, our friendly staff can arrange it for you.

 

FRONT DESK | 7:00am - 11:00pm daily

Our front desk team will be available to assist with your needs, package pick-up, and offer bell services to transport luggage or grocery provisions.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping services are offered on the third day of every stay over five days or more. Before you arrive, our team of in-house cleaning professionals will clean your residence using industry leading techniques, tools, and products in accordance with the Hyatt Global Cleanliness & Care Commitment, CDC and WHO guidelines. 

 

GRILLING AREA | Open 11:00am to 9:00pm daily

We staff a professional grill master to attend our poolside grills five nights a week. Bring your fish, chicken, steaks, burgers, and vegetables and have our grill master prepare them for you. Or if you prefer to do the grilling, simply ask our grill master for tips and suggestions. He has over a decade of experience at top kitchens and restaurants on Maui. This guest-favorite service is offered Friday through Tuesday, 5:30 pm to around 8:30pm.

 

GROCERY DELIVERIES

Skip the line at the grocery store and get your groceries delivered right to your vacation home. Instacart and Demming's Delivery Service are our two preferred vendors.
