Executive Chef Anthony Smith started his career as an apprentice at the age of 16 in London and has since served as Executive Chef at The Westin Park Central & Sheraton Park in Dallas, Executive Chef at The Westin Atlanta North in Atlanta and Executive Sous Chef at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona. Smith graduated from The City & Guilds of London with a degree in Culinary & Patisserie Arts and Hotel and Restaurant management. Smith served as the Executive Chef at The Westin Stonebriar Resort in North Dallas and oversaw the opening of The Sheraton Stonebriar.
Salma’s broad hospitality experience has brought her from housekeeping supervisor, banquet server, bartender to banquet captain. She’s worked in various hotels such as Inn of the Anasazi, La Fonda, Eldorado and now Inn and Spa at Loretto where she is the Assistant Restaurant Manager. Salma’s computer skills and food & beverage experience are an asset to the operation. She enjoys her staff and working with the guests to ensure they have a personal, positive experience.
Selvin has worked in the banquet and catering industry for over twenty years. He has previously held positions as banquet server and banquet captain in various large scale Hotels, Casinos, and a Private Country Club. Selvin excels in providing exceptional service and guiding his team. Selvin has a degree in accounting.
