The Tiller Restaurant

The Tiller is suspended just above the Atlantic for panoramic ocean views, spectacular sunrises, and romantic evenings, providing the perfect Maine oceanfront dining experience. Taste an evolving variety of seasonal flavors for breakfast, lunch, or dinner through farm-fresh local produce, line-caught fish, roasts, and homemade recipes passed down from generation to generation at our Ogunquit, ME seafood restaurant. Respectful preparations showcase native ingredients at their peak and pair perfectly with our international wine program and handcrafted cocktail menu. Fine dining selections may include lobster hash with Maine new potatoes and poached cage-free eggs, Maplebrook Farm burrata and arugula with heirloom tomato and panzanella salad, wood roasted oysters, and pan-seared skate wing with cauliflower puree and lemon caper sauce.

Cliff House Maine offers an authentically-immersed culinary experience through its distinct beverage program. The property’s libations showcase native ingredients at their peak, paying homage to early rum distillers of New England and regionally based spirits. Guests can enjoy an array of carefully curated cocktails as well as local craft beers from area brewers boasting a wide spectrum of session IPAs to rich seasonal porters. Available throughout the resort, Cliff House’s premium beverage program offers a variety of flavors at each venue. Beer lovers can cheers with local craft brews at Nubb’s Lobster Shack (opening Fall 2016), while champagne glasses toast at The Tiller and Tidemark Terrace.
