 Hygiene and Safety

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority. In light of COVID-19 and for precautionary measures, the following services and facilities will be impacted. For inquiries, please contact the hotel directly.

Please be advised all rooms are non-smoking including patios. This includes vaping as well. Guests can smoke in the designated areas outside of guest room perimeters.

Getting Here

Everline Resort and Spa is located 42 miles west of the Reno/Tahoe International Airport, 200 miles east of San Francisco and 100 miles east of Sacramento via Interstate 80 with access to Highway 89 south. Limousine/shuttle service can be arranged for guests through our Concierge.

If you are driving to the Resort in the winter season, we strongly recommend renting either an AWD or 4WD vehicle. If you have a 2WD vehicle, we recommend keeping chains with you in the case of chain control during stormy conditions, which is common in the winter season. Practice putting your chains on prior to your journey to the Resort to avoid any unforeseen complications.

  • East on I-80 (toward Reno) to Truckee, CA
  • South on HWY 89 (toward Olympic Valley and Tahoe City) for 8 miles
  • Right on Olympic Valley Road (1/3 mile)
  • Left on Squaw Creek Road to the resort's porte-cochère

From Reno/Tahoe International Airport

  • North on HWY 580/395
  • West on I-80 (Reno/Sacramento exit)
  • South on HWY 89 (toward Olympic Valley and Tahoe City) for 8 miles

From Incline Village, NV

Partnership with Palisades Tahoe
We're excited to announce that for the 2022 - 2023 ski season, we will be able to provide our guests with discounted day lift tickets to Palisades Tahoe after reservations are confirmed through the hotel or online through this website and Hyatt.com. Lift ticket packages can be purchased through the Everline Resort and Spa Reservations Team at 877.806.4635 or online here with promo code: RSC202223. Ticket must be purchased at least 7 days in advance of check-in. Cancellation of lodging will result in the cancellation of lift tickets. Once purchased from Palisades Tahoe, lift tickets are non-transferable between guests or to another date.

Be Prepared
To keep up to date on road conditions, visit roads.dot.ca.gov/ ahead of your travels.

In the event of a storm, it is important to have an emergency kit in your car in the case you are stuck on the interstate. We suggest packing food, water, and ensuring your gas tank is full for your journey.

If you visit during a winter storm and use our self-parking lot, please be advised the resort will not offer snow removal. Please come prepared with your own snow removal tools, including a snow shovel and an ice scraper. If you're coming in from Truckee, Mountain Hardware and Sports will have everything you need to keep you safe during the winter.

Checking In
Check-in at the resort is 4:00pm. To guarantee an early check in time, please contact our front desk.early arrival fees are as follows:
11:00am - $40.00 charge
1:00pm - $30.00 charge

For an early arrival after 1:00pm, we'll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. If your room is not available upon arrival, we will happily store your luggage at no extra charge so you can get a head start on your day.

Please be advised that our resort does not allow any pets in guest rooms.

Guest Parking:

We offer two options of parking at the resort. Valet service allows guests unlimited in-and-out privileges, premium parking accommodations, and most importantly, snow removal.

Please be advised, the Resort does not offer snow removal for vehicles in the self-parking lot. We encourage guests to come prepared with snow removal equipment, as equipment with the guest services team is limited and on a first come-first served basis.

Parking rates are as followed:

Resort Guest Overnight Valet Parking | $65
Resort Guest Overnight Self-Parking | $25

Day Visitor Valet Parking | $40/hr
Day Visitor Self-Parking | $30/hr
Max: 5 hours
Validation available for (1) vehicle. (3) hours validation for valet and self-parking with spend of over $100 USD at resort’s participating restaurants. Discounted Parking at 50% for the first (2) hours with spend of over $100 USD at resort’s retail space.

Day visitors may receive 100% validation on parking with a $100 minimum purchase at our spa, or any one of the Resort’s participating restaurants, excluding Bearshine Cafe.

Housekeeping:

Our team will provide housekeeping services upon request after every 3rd night of your visit. World of Hyatt Elite members receive daily housekeeping services. To learn more about World of Hyatt, visit us here.

What to Bring
During the summer, pack a variety of clothes to enjoy every activity Tahoe has to offer! There are infinite hiking trails, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards available to rent, and miles of Lake Tahoe shoreline with beautiful beaches. At the Resort, we have three pools, a nature trail to Olympic Valley, and a fire burning at night. Be sure to pack a jacket, even in the summer months, as the nights can get chilly. 

During the winter, be sure to bring waterproof boots and clothes. Pack layers so you can regulate your temperature as necessary. If you’re planning on skiing or snowboarding and don’t have your own gear, we have a wide variety of rentals and clothing available for you to rent or purchase.

Whirlpools and Pool are open from 8:00am - 10:00pm for registered guests.
