RESORT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Hyatt Covid-19 Travel Update
Hyatt Global Care and Cleanliness Commitment
Hyatt Global Cleanliness Accreditation
At Resort at Squaw Creek, we have committed to following the Hyatt Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment, which further enhances existing operational guidance and resources around colleague and guest safety and peace of mind. This multilayered commitment builds upon existing rigorous protocols and includes an accreditation process by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC); colleague training and support resources; and a cross-functional working group of medical experts and industry professionals that will contribute to various aspects of the hotel experience.
Hyatt has introduced GBAC STAR(TM) accreditation through a performance-based cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention program that will focus on establishing hotel environments that are sanitary, safe and healthy. The GBAC STAR(TM) accreditation will include detailed training at more than 900 Hyatt hotels worldwide, and Hyatt intends to complement this with regular internal and third-party auditing. GBAC is a division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, and is composed of leaders in the area of microbial-pathogenic threat analysis and mitigation, designed specifically to deal with biological threats and real-time crises like the COVID-19 pandemic.
GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation
We are excited to announce that our hotel has achieved GBAC STAR™ facility accreditation from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, a Division of ISSAWorldwide. GBAC STAR ensures that our hotels are implementing the strictest cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention protocols.
GUEST ROOMS
In all guest rooms, you will notice the removal of certain items to ensure care & cleanliness. We have added extra steps to our cleaning and sanitization processes and placed a seal of freshness postcard in each guest room with personal sanitizer wipes to assure our guests each room was cleaned and sanitized for your protection. All guests should be aware that the resort is no longer providing housekeeping stayover service as part our COVID-19 prevention plan. Guest request items are available upon request. Please dial 0 from your unit phone if we can assist in any way. We look forward to welcoming you to safely enjoy your time with us.
POOLS
Our pools, jacuzzis (hot tubs), and pool slide are open with reduced occupancy and socially distanced pool chairs. We have implemented new safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure guest safety.
