Celebrate the changing of the seasons with events like our apple bobbing contest, fishing derby, face painting, pumpkin decorating, and more.

Fishing Derby | 12-2pm | $20/entry
Test your fishing skills in our Harvest Fest fishing derby! All competitors will receive a rod and reel pond and will try to catch the biggest fish from our trout stocked pond (max of three per person). Fishing bait is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. The Fishing Derby is catch-and-release, OR our culinary team can clean and prepare your catch in Sandy’s Pub for $25/person. Winner will receive a free night’s stay.

Get into the fall spirit with our Harvest Fest face painting station! Artists can paint an array of designs including fall colors, animals, shapes and much more.
Halloween Costume Bear Factory | 2pm-4pm | $20/Bear $10/Outfit
Hand stuff your own special bear and dress it up in a festive Halloween costume during this special creative craft. Leave with a stuffed animal, birth certificate, bear tote box and a new best friend.
Pumpkin Carving & Contest | 3pm-5pm | $5/pumpkin
Pick your own pumpkin from the patch and carve it to win a free, future one night stay at Resort at Squaw Creek. Meet at pumpkin patch. Vote for your favorite pumpkin in Cascades on Sunday between 7 and 11 am. Winners announced Sunday after voting in Cascades.
