The ‘Vice and Virtue, Served Tall’ because it’s perfectly balanced—like all of our cocktails. It’s also bright a, fun, and refreshing with mass appeal. I love the bubbly component!

Tequila, grapefruit juice, agave, and soda water. Tequila is one of my favorites and it gets the job done. I love grapefruit and the carbonation from soda water. Also, agave is a guilt-free sweetener.

Always anticipate the guests’ needs, and have a fully stocked prepped bar.
What’s your method to the madness of handling a bar full of people?
Preparation is key! If the bar is set, then everything else is easy. When a guest orders, I’ll explain beforehand any delays that could occur and seek support from my team, who always backs me up.

Keep doing what you love. I already adopted this mindset but the guest reassured me I had the right idea.
