    Maintenance

    As an owner, you have high expectations for the maintenance and care of your home. Destination Resorts Vail employs a well-trained team of experienced maintenance engineers. This team performs regular preventative maintenance inspections to ensure your condo remains in good repair. They also respond to guest needs should there be any issues during their stay. We maintain the area’s largest 24-hour maintenance staff, all of whom are based locally. Should your residence require work that is beyond the scope of our staff, we will arrange contracted labor.

    Housekeeping

    For rental occupancy, our housekeeping services include laundry, maid service, linens and supplies.  Unlike most of our competitors, we provide services to rental guests each day at our cost, allowing us to inspect the unit and ensure the guest is properly caring for your home, and we visit the unit twice a week when it’s not occupied.  Spring and fall cleans are conducted annually and may include window washing, drapery cleaning, carpet cleaning, furniture & fixture repairs, interior painting and other services consistent with high standards of first quality resort rental property.   

    Communication

    Communication is key to providing reliable, high quality care for your home. Our dynamic team ensures that your condo is in perfect working order and is maintained in a fashion that is consistent with guest expectations and your pride of ownership, while enhancing the long-term value of the property. We have an online owner portal that gives you 24/7 access to your monthly statements, calendar of use, maintenance and housekeeping workorders, and more. And we are always happy to simply jump on the phone and talk about your unit. One of the benefits of being on-the-ground in Vail is that our team knows what is going on with each individual residence.

    Owner Relations

    Our dedicated owner relations manager will work with you personally to leverage the uniqueness of your property. She stands ready to enhance your lodging quality assurance (LQA) rating and the guest’s experience by passing along discounted pricing offered by our strategic sourcing and procurement partnerships, and local vendors alike. Last year, we placed more than 100 high quality Simmons’ mattresses, two dozen LG televisions, countless kitchen inventory packages, and helped more than 32 unit owners increase their LQA rating! 

    Marketing

    Our marketing efforts are among the best in Vail. Our team executes a multi-channel strategy that includes branding, email marketing, e-commerce, reputation management, public relations, and social media. Our dynamic revenue optimization team is spearheaded by the Director of Revenue Strategy, plus we have a central reservations office on site that is open seven days a week.

    Additionally, our sales and marketing efforts are supported by Hyatt, including the selling power of the Hyatt Global Sales Force. Our integration into the overall Hyatt brand creates awareness and opportunity with a global reach.

    On-Site Assistance

    Beyond checking guests in, our front desk agents are on-site and more than happy to help owners and guests alike with making recommendations and reservations for activities and restaurants in the area. We also have three team members that live at The Landmark and are accessible to owners and guests 24/7. This includes assistance with late night check ins, maintenance issues, emergency situations, or simply answering questions.
