Policies and Checking In

Welcome to Vail, Colorado!

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.     Check-out: 10:00 a.m. 

All properties check in at The Landmark, 610 West Lionshead Circle, Vail CO 81657.

  • Parking in our garage for one vehicle is included in your nightly rate
  • Additional parking is available in the Town of Vail parking structures for a fee
  • We are a smoke-free establishment
  • All guests must be accompanied by an adult of 25+
  • We are not pet friendly

Front Desk

All properties check in at The Landmark Front Desk, 610 West Lionshead Circle. 

Our Front Desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and to 5:00 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday . If you arrive after hours, please pick up your keys from the lock box located at the front entrance of The Landmark.

Reservations Policies

For reservations over the year-end holidays and President’s Day holidays, there is a 2 night non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is taken 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This applies to stays between Dec 21, 2021 – Jan 1, 2022 | Feb 17-20, 2022 |Dec 22, 2022 – Jan 5, 2023 |Feb 16-19, 2023.

For winter reservations, excluding the holidays detailed above, there is a 2 night non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is taken 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This applies to stays between Jan 2 – Feb 16, 2022 | Feb 21 – April 16, 2022 | Jan 6 – Feb 15, 2023 | Feb 20 – April 16, 2023.

For summer reservations, there is a 1 night non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is taken 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This applies to stays prior to Dec 20, 2021 | April 17 – Dec 22, 2022 | April 17 - Dec 20, 2023.

 

Fees

Tax — Rates do not include state and local tax which are subject to change.  Tax is currently at 9.8%.

Resort Fee — All Destination Resorts Vail reservations will be subject to a taxable 6.5% resort fee which covers varying services at each property.

Rollaways and Pack N Plays — Due to COVID-19 protocols Rollaways and Pack n plays will not be available. 

Housekeeping

We are not offering daily housekeeping service. Guests will receive trash and towel service daily and stays of 7+ nights will receive a mid-stay clean.

This accreditation is reserved for those facilities that demonstrate the superior ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from biorisk and infectious disease situations.
