Policies and Checking In

Welcome to Vail, Colorado!

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.     Check-out: 10:00 a.m. 

All properties check in at The Landmark, 610 West Lionshead Circle, Vail CO 81657.

  • Parking in our garage for one vehicle is included in your nightly rate
  • Additional parking is available in the Town of Vail parking structures for a fee
  • We are a smoke-free establishment
  • All guests must be accompanied by an adult of 25+
  • We are not pet friendly

Front Desk

All properties check in at The Landmark Front Desk, 610 West Lionshead Circle. 

Our Front Desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday - Saturday. If you arrive after hours, please pick up your keys from the lock box located at the front entrance of The Landmark.

Summer Reservations Policy 

First night's lodging and tax due upon booking and is refundable. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival, at which time the entire reservation is non-refundable. This applies to stays from April 21 to November 14.

Winter Reservations Policy

November 14 - December 15:

One night's lodging and tax is due upon booking and is refundable up to 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

December 16 - January 1: 

One night's lodging and tax is due upon booking and is refundable up to 46 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

January 2 - April 20:

One night's lodging and tax is due upon booking and is refundable up to 31 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Fees

Tax — Rates do not include state and local tax which are subject to change.  Tax is currently at 9.8%.

Resort Fee — All Destination Resorts Vail reservations will be subject to a taxable 6.5% resort fee which covers varying services at each property.

Rollaways and Pack N Plays — Due to COVID-19 protocols Rollaways and Pack n plays will not be available. 

Housekeeping 

We are currently not offering daily housekeeping service. If you would like a service during your stay, it must be scheduled in advance and a surcharge applies (services dependent on availability). Please contact the Front Desk to inquire about scheduling housekeeping.
