50th Anniversary Prix Fixe Menu

. Throughout the winter season, Executive Chef Steven Sterritt will create a prix fixe menu featuring three courses to celebrate the 50th Anniversary season of Snowmass. Offerings will change periodically and will showcase the bounty of Colorado with locally sourced and seasonally-inspired ingredients.
1967 Retro Bar Menu

. Regulars at The Artisan will appreciate this celebration of 50 years of skiing in Snowmass. Executive Chef Steven Sterritt will create a series of items for the bar menu inspired by the first year of skiing at Snowmass – 1967. Come back frequently to enjoy each offering throughout the winter.
Free S’mores at the new fire pit
– Life is short. Eat dessert first

Calling all kids and kids at heart to break in the new fire pit on The Artisan’s balcony – cuddle up and then roast up some s’mores every Friday – Sunday from 3:30 – 4:00 p.m. Learn the perfect technique for toasting marshmallows, melt chocolate to that ideal gooey-but-not-yet-runny state, and squish it all down between graham crackers for a delicious crunch that you just can’t get from other desserts. Housemade s’mores kits will also be available for purchase at the bar.
