    We have temporarily paused operations through May 2020

    To our loyal guests,

    As you have likely heard by now, the Governor of the State of Colorado has ordered all ski operations to close. We are heartbroken by this news, as we are as passionate about skiing as you are, but out of an abundance of caution and with concern for the safety and wellbeing of our guests, colleagues, and the capacity of local healthcare facilities, we understand why this is necessary.

    As we continue to monitor this evolving situation, we are no longer taking reservations for the winter season and have temporarily paused our operations for the remainder of the winter season. This applies to all the condos and services within the Destination Residences Snowmass portfolio, as well as the Stonebridge Inn.

    At this time, we plan to open on schedule for the summer season, and all summer reservations are currently guided by our normal cancellation policy. We are looking forward to welcoming summer guests beginning in June 2020.

    We are offering refunds for stays through April 2020, or credits on a future stay if you prefer. Please be patient as our on-site reservations team will be fielding a huge volume of calls over the coming weeks. We will do everything we can to get to you as quickly as possible. You do not need to reach us right away in order to qualify for a refund or credit. We will continue to process refunds and credits through the spring.

    If you did not book directly with us, you will need to contact the party through which you did book regarding a refund or a credit. If you booked through our group sales team, please contact your group leader.
