What To Expect When You Stay With Us


Prior to your arrival, you will be sent instructions on how to sign up for our texting service, Zingle. Three days before your stay, we will text you with comprehensive check-in instructions.



Our spacious residences allow you to vacation at your own pace with private lanais, fully equipped kitchens, and room for the entire family in a secluded hideaway.

Our guest services staff are very familiar with the island and can provide helpful tips. Dinner reservations and babysitting are also easily arranged. We encourage guests to reach out via our Zingle texting service at 808-793-5163 or by phone rather than coming in to the office. We have also partnered with Pleasant Holidays to offer great rates and reservations for all Big Island activities from luaus and dinner cruises to bicycle adventures and helicopter tours. Before you arrive, our team of in-house professionals will clean your residence using industry leading techniques, tools, and products in accordance with the Hyatt Global Cleanliness & Care Commitment, CDC, and WHO guidelines.
