Who We Are
Destination Residences Hawaii is the premier property management and luxury real estate company located in Wailea, Maui. We offer the largest selection of vacation residences at eight distinct Wailea and Makena condo resorts on the island of Maui.
Our one- to five-bedroom Wailea condo and vacation rental accommodations include hotel services expected of a luxury Wailea resort. Guests are welcomed at our Front Desk, and receive housekeeping, Concierge and Wailea shuttle services throughout their stay.
Destination Luxury Real Estate is a division of the company that assists Maui visitors who wish to make Maui their new (part-time or full-time) home.
In 1976, a small Maui vacation rental company began helping owners rent their Wailea condos to visitors seeking a place to stay in Maui. In 1986, Destination Hotels purchased that company, and for over 30 years, Destination Residences Hawaii has been welcoming visitors from around the world to enjoy our Maui resorts.
In 2016, our parent company Destination Hotels merged with Commune + Hotels and became Two Roads Hospitality, the world’s largest independent lifestyle hospitality management company; with 95 hotels, resorts, villas and vacation residences across eight countries.
Two Roads Hospitality is a subsidiary of the Lowe Hospitality Group, which is owned by Lowe Enterprises, Inc., a real estate investment, management and development firm headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.
Destination Residences Hawaii will be recognized as the outstanding choice in managing premium vacation homes, resort condominiums and hotels; defined by people with genuine purpose, pride and sense of place.
We foster excellence in performance and provide significant benefits for our owners, guests and associates as an `ohana’ with core Hawaiian values, dedicated to sharing Aloha, Hoʻokipa and the authentic experiences of our island home.
