Destination Delivers does not have passwords or membership numbers, so no need to worry about that. If you need to update your email, contact us at DDsupport@destinationhotels.com and we will get you taken care of.

How do I add a visit to my profile?

The beauty of Destination Delivers is that we give all of our benefits to each of our members whether it is your first stay or your 50th. Because of this there is no need to track your stays. So don’t worry about adding a visit to your profile, we will track your membership for you at each of our properties and make sure you receive your benefits on your next stay.

When do I get the member benefits?

With each stay you will be eligible for the benefits – VIP treatment, upgraded room and late checkout (the last two are based upon availability at time of check-in).

How do I take advantage of the 10% off benefit?

You can get 10% off our Best Available Rate when you book using the promo code D2BAR1.

Is there a special offer to help me celebrate my birthday?

We want to make sure you can celebrate anytime during your birthday month! Look for an email that includes 20% off our Best Available Rate (promo code D2BDAY) during the month of your birthday. The Birthday Offer is good for one visit during your birthday month and must be booked in advance using the birthday promo code.  We will also be sure to give you a little extra VIP treatment to help you with the celebration.

What is Late Check-out Priority?

Late checkouts need to be confirmed by the Front Desk the morning of departure and will be based on availability. You get priority over non-members.

How do I use the Room Upgrade benefit?

Just ask for the room upgrade at time of check-in at our full service hotels and if it is available they will make sure it is yours if they have not already made sure you are in an upgraded room.

What is a Welcome Amenity?

A special welcome amenity is a specialty beverage or snack delivered to your room during each stay.
