AN INTRODUCTION TO OUR RENTAL PROGRAM
As you consider your options for a property manager, we want to make you aware of the advantages we offer our owners and guests.
There are more than 2,500 privately owned residences in the Destination Hotels portfolio, but the one we are most concerned with is yours.
As an owner, you have high expectations for the maintenance and care of your home. Christiania at Vail employs a well-trained team of experienced maintenance engineers. This team performs regular preventative maintenance inspections to ensure your condo remains in good repair. They also respond to guest needs should there be any issues during their stay. We maintain a 24-hour maintenance staff, all of whom are based locally. Should your residence require work that is beyond the scope of our staff, we will arrange contracted labor.
For rental occupancy, our housekeeping services include laundry, maid service, linens and supplies. Unlike most of our competitors, we provide services to rental guests each day at our cost, allowing us to inspect the unit and ensure the guest is properly caring for your home, and we visit the unit twice a week when it’s not occupied. Spring and fall cleans are conducted annually and may include window washing, drapery cleaning, carpet cleaning, furniture & fixture repairs, interior painting and other services consistent with high standards of first quality resort rental property.
Communication is key to providing reliable, high quality care for your home. Our dynamic team ensures that your condo is in perfect working order and is maintained in a fashion that is consistent with guest expectations and your pride of ownership, while enhancing the long-term value of the property. We are always happy to simply jump on the phone and talk about your unit. One of the benefits of being on-the-ground in Vail is that our team knows what is going on with each individual residence.
John Everly, our general manager, will work with you personally to leverage the uniqueness of your property. He stands ready to enhance your lodging quality assurance (LQA) rating and the guest’s experience by passing along discounted pricing offered by our strategic sourcing and procurement partnerships, and local vendors alike.

Our dynamic revenue optimization team and our on-site reservations team are focused on driving revenue for you, the owner.
