Policies

Summer Long Term Reservations Policy (April 12 - November 14): 

For extended stays (stays 12 nights and longer) we require a refundable deposit of 25% of the reservation's total value at the time of booking. The remainder of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time the entire reservation is nonrefundable

Cancellation and Deposit Policies

For reservations from April 16 – Dec 15 2021, as well as April 21 - June 29 2022, and August 22 - Nov 14 2022:

One night room plus tax refundable deposit taken at booking. Entire reservation becomes non-refundable 7 days prior to check-in.

For reservations Dec 16 - Dec 23 2021 or Feb 18 - Feb 20 2022:

Two nights room plus tax refundable deposit taken at booking. Entire reservation becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to check-in.

For reservations Dec 24 2021 - Jan 1 2022 or Dec 16 2022 and forward:

Two nights room plus tax refundable deposit taken at booking. Entire reservation becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to check-in.

For reservations Jan 1 - Feb 17 2022 or Feb 21 - April 20 2022:

One nights room plus tax refundable deposit taken at booking. Entire reservation becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to check-in.

For reservations June 30 - July 4 2022:

Two nights room plus tax refundable deposit taken at booking. Entire reservation becomes non-refundable 21 days prior to check-in.

For reservations from July 5 - August 21 2022:

One night room plus tax refundable deposit taken at booking. Entire reservation becomes non-refundable 14 days prior to check-in.

For reservations Nov 15 - Dec 15 2022:

One night room plus tax refundable deposit taken at booking. Entire reservation becomes non-refundable 21 days prior to check-in.

Hotel and Condominium Policies

  • Check-in time 4:00pm
  • Checkout time 11:00am
  • Our front desk is open 8:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m daily. If you arrive after hours a late arrival packet will be at the front desk.
  • On-site parking  available (Lodge & Chateau guests only).  Parking fees are not included in the rate. During ski season a fee of $40 per night will be applied at check-out. Parking policies for condominiums vary, visit our parking page for more details.
  • Rollaway and/or twin mattress available for $35 per day
  • Christiania is a smoke-free establishment
  • Concierge services available
  • Commercial transportation available, see our directions page for more details. 
  • Please note there is NO air conditioning at any of our properties, we use the fresh, Rocky Mountain air to stay cool!
  • Dogs are not permitted in any of our condominiums or lodge rooms.

Housekeeping

  • Trash & Towel service will be provided every other day in the condos
  • Daily service will not be provided in the condos this summer
  • Stays of 7 nights or more in the condos will receive a mid-stay clean. Stays of 12 nights or more will receive trash & towel service every other day, a mid-stay clean, and a full service clean. 
  • Lodge rooms will receive a cleaning service every other day
  • Cleaning services will be performed based on the availability of our housekeeping staff. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.

All condominium and lodge reservations are subject to a 6.5% resort fee which covers varying services at the property. Please refer to out amenities page for further details.
