Policies

 

Check-in time 4:00 p.m. |   Checkout time 11:00 a.m.

  • Our front desk is open 8:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m daily. If you arrive after hours a late arrival packet will be at the front desk.
  • On-site parking  available (Lodge & Chateau guests only).  Parking fees are not included in the rate. During ski season a fee of $40 per night will be applied at check-out. Parking policies for condominiums vary, visit our parking page for more details.
  • Rollaway and/or twin mattress available for $35 per day
  • Christiania is a smoke-free establishment
  • Concierge services available
  • Commercial transportation available, see our directions page for more details. 
  • Please note there is NO air conditioning at any of our properties, we use the fresh, Rocky Mountain air to stay cool!
  • Dogs are not permitted in any of our condominiums or lodge rooms.

 

Lodge Room Reservation Policies

For year-end holiday and President’s Day holiday reservations, there is a 1 night non-refundable deposit due upon booking. The balance of the reservation will be taken 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This is valid for stays Dec 21, 2021 – Jan 1, 2022 | Feb 17-22, 2022 | Dec 22, 2022 – Jan 5, 2023 | Feb 16-19, 2023 | Dec 21, 2023 and beyond.

For winter reservations, excluding the holidays outlined above, there is a 1 night non-refundable deposit due upon booking. The balance of the reservation will be taken 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This is valid for stays Jan 2 – Feb 16, 2022 | Feb 21 – April 16, 2022 | Jan 6 – Feb 15, 2023 | Feb 20 – April 16, 2023.

For summer reservations, there is a 1 night non-refundable deposit due upon booking. The balance of the reservation will be taken 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This is valid for stays through Dec 20, 2021 | April 17 – Dec 22, 2022 | April 17 – Dec 23, 2023.

Summer Long Term Reservations Policy (April 12 - November 14): For extended stays (stays 12 nights and longer) we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the reservation's total value at the time of booking. The remainder of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time the entire reservation is nonrefundable.

Condo Reservation Policies

For reservations over the year-end holidays and President’s Day holidays, there is a 2 night non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is taken 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This applies to stays between Dec 21, 2021 – Jan 1, 2022 | Feb 17-20, 2022 |Dec 22, 2022 – Jan 5, 2023 |Feb 16-19, 2023.

For winter reservations, excluding the holidays detailed above, there is a 2 night non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is taken 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This applies to stays between Jan 2 – Feb 16, 2022 | Feb 21 – April 16, 2022 | Jan 6 – Feb 15, 2023 | Feb 20 – April 16, 2023.

For summer reservations, there is a 1 night non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is taken 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This applies to stays prior to Dec 20, 2021 | April 17 – Dec 22, 2022 | April 17 - Dec 20, 2023.

Housekeeping

  • Trash & Towel service will be provided every other day in the condos
  • Daily service will not be provided in the condos at this time
  • Stays of 7 nights or more in the condos will receive a mid-stay clean. Stays of 12 nights or more will receive trash & towel service every other day, a mid-stay clean, and a full service clean. 
  • Lodge rooms will receive a cleaning service every other day
  • Cleaning services will be performed based on the availability of our housekeeping staff. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.

All condominium and lodge reservations are subject to a 6.5% resort fee which covers varying services at the property. Please refer to out amenities page for further details.
